The Hardware Block Lofts Condos are located at 1501 Wazee Street in the heart of LoDo and the building is home to just twenty-two custom lofts. These impressive homes boast exposed brick and heavy timber construction, oversize windows, and 12′ ceilings. The three buildings that makeup the Hardware Block Lofts were built in 1892 and were primarily used as warehouses before converting to residential condos.
