Jonathon has been a resident of downtown Denver since 2011. He earned his Colorado Real Estate License from the Armbrust Real Estate Institute in 2012 and founded City Lights Denver in 2018.
Jonathon’s passion for real estate evolved with his college Internship experience at Houlihan Lawrence in Bronxville, NY. Upon graduating from Concordia College in 2004, Jonathon earned his Real Estate License from the New York Real Estate Institute. His professional experience includes working as a Research Analyst for a boutique Manhattan-based Investment Bank and an Investor Services Associate for a Greenwich-based Managed Futures Hedge Fund.
Outside of work, Jonathon enjoys adventuring in the Rocky Mountains, camping, cycling, fly fishing, and snowboarding.
