SnoWhite Downtown Lofts

The SnoWhite Downtown Lofts consist of six live-work loft homes at the corner of Park Avenue West and Champa Street in Denver’s historic Curtis Park neighborhood. The building was built in 1907 and renovated in 2009 for residential use and the lofts feature 11′ ceilings, exposed brick, and roof rights.
