The Baldwin Building Lofts are located at 1617 California Street in the heart of downtown Denver. The five-story building was built in 1896 and is now home to twenty-three loft style condos featuring high ceilings, grand oversize windows, exposed brick, multi-level layouts, and some feature a private balcony with views of the Daniels & Fisher Clocktower.
