As for the strategic investors looking for an entry point into the Denver Metro Area, Terence has spearheaded successful acquisitions and lease-up strategies for unique construction projects in the City Park Neighborhood, the Jefferson Park area, as well as in Cherry Creek North.
Leading high-performing teams during his time with Equity Residential, he achieved honors such as Community of the Year and Community Manager of the Year. He brings a wealth of expertise in multi-family operations and aesthetic design principles. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture & Design from Colorado State University, Terence is driven by a passion for the built-environment, design, and finding or creating spaces that inspire and enhance people’s lives.
