With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry, Terence offers a distinctive blend of design expertise and strategic real estate knowledge. As an Associate Broker specializing in Downtown Denver, he complements and/or represents developers, homeowners, investors, and property managers, offering a full-service brokerage experience that includes leasing, sales, relocation, and private lease-up consulting services.

Throughout his career, Terence has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive growth, including scaling a portfolio from 250 units to over 1,000 units in less than three years. He has also consistently delivered on key performance indicators (KPIs), managing annual budget production, variance tracking, and dynamic reporting aspects. Notably, with his previous team, they achieved record price-per-square-foot rates in specific sub-markets and spearheaded successful lease-up strategies for unique construction projects in both Jefferson Park and Cherry Creek North.

Terence has led high-performing teams during his time with Equity Residential, achieving Honors such as Community of the Year and Community Manager of the Year. He brings a wealth of expertise in multi-family operations, from acquisition and stabilization to disposition, as well as a unique understanding of aesthetic design principles. His approach blends emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial spirit to help clients navigate the evolving Denver real estate market.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture & Design from Colorado State University, Terence is driven by a passion for the built-environment, design, and finding or creating spaces that inspire and enhance people’s lives.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with interests in sports, chess, the outdoors, and travel. He is a dedicated foodie and wellness enthusiast who values time with family and exploring both new and historic places.
