Completed in 1911, the iconic D & F Clocktower was the tallest building west of the Mississippi River in its time and served as the corner keynote for the Daniels & Fisher Department Store. The renaissance Revival design was constructed of brick set on a concrete base, with details of terra-cotta stone appearing on 19 floors. Currently the tower is home to live-work style condominiums and anchors Skyline Park along downtown Denver’s 16th Street Mall. There is also a Clocktower Cabaret below street level through the building.
