Denver Towers is located at the intersection of Speer Boulevard and 13th Avenue. The eleven-story building was constructed in 1982 and has 100 condominium residences, a mix of one and two-bedroom units. All of the homes here have private outdoor balconies, many offering phenomenal views of downtown and the Rocky Mountains. Residents have access to the amenities at the neighboring Marquis at the Parkway complex, which include a gym, pool, hot tub, sun deck, grilling area, clubhouse, private movie theater, and business center.
Not all homes here have in-unit washer and dryer but there is a laundry room on each floor of the building.
