Highland Bridge Lofts is located at 16th Street and Central Street in Denver’s Lower Highland neighborhood and is home to just 27 condominiums, a mix of one and two bedrooms. The three-story building was completed in 2008 by Rhadius Architects and there are two commercial spaces on the street level. Residents on the 16th Street side of the building have townhome-style entrances with access directly to the sidewalk.
Highland Bridge Lofts is located directly across the pedestrian bridge over I-25 connecting the Highlands with Lower Downtown.
