Mercantile Square Lofts

Located in the heart of Historic LoDo, the Mercantile Square Lofts house ninety-four residential rental lofts. You will also find that the world famous Tattered Cover Bookstore, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, and Wines off Wynkoop, a specialty wine store, are all a part of the Mercantile Square Lofts. Originally constructed in 1896 and updated over 100 years later, our lofts offer tons of historic details, preserved and restored throughout, including original timber beams, exposed brick and concrete, and soaring ceilings up to 20′ tall. Mercantile Square Lofts is located two blocks from the Cherry Creek Running Trail and bike path, Platte River Park, four blocks from both the Pepsi Center and Coors Field, and about a ten minute walk to the Lower Highlands, Commons Park, and River Front Park.
