S*Park, also known as “Sustainability Park,” is a mixed-use development that encompasses an entire city block between Denver’s historic Curtis Park and RiNo neighborhoods. SPark is an “urban agrihood community” because it’s built around a natural park-like setting and offers residents a vegetable CSA delivered to doorsteps along with community composting. Garden beds are also available for rent from Altius Farms (the onsite greenhouse).
