Steel Bridge Lofts

Steel Bridge Lofts is a six-story concrete and brick building located at the corner of 15th Street and Wynkoop Street in the heart of LoDo. Built in 1919, the building was home to the Great Wester Sugar Company until it was converted to residential condominiums in 2002. The building is now home to 55 luxury loft-style condos and features a unique five-story atrium capped with a vintage skylight, spreading natural light throughout the interior.

Located one block from the Cherry Creek bike and walking paths, Denver’s Union Station is a block in the opposite direction along with the 16th Street Mall, and 5 blocks to Coors Field and Ball Arena.
