Watertower Lofts

Watertower Lofts Condos is a historic gem located in the Union North neighborhood of downtown Denver, formerly the Prospect neighborhood. Originally built in 1896 during the streetcar era, the warehouse was first home to the American Furniture Company during the early 1900’s and over the past century it provided warehouse space for a variety of businesses including sporting goods retailers before being converted to loft-style residential condominiums in 2002 as the surrounding neighborhoods of Coors Field began to grow.
