Writer Square consists of street-level retail, 42 townhomes and loft-style condominiums on the mezzanine level, and an adjacent eleven-story office tower, all spanning the full square block of 15th Street to 16th Street and Lawrence Street to Larimer Street in the heart of downtown Denver. The development was built in 1980 and offers residents private underground parking and storage, as well as views of 16th Street Mall and Larimer Square.
