Monarch Mills

Monarch Mills is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in LoDo sharing a quiet cobblestone drive adjacent to the Denver Museum of Contemporary Art. The eight-story building was completed in 2005 by Developers Urban Adventures and Continuum Partners, and the Architect, Studio Completiva. Named for a flour mill building that once stood on the site, it is now home to 69-unit condominium.

Unique Characteristics: The project was the result of a unique 3-party agreement among East West Partners, Continuum Partners and Urban Ventures for the development of affordable units to meet the requirements of Riverfront Park (East West Partners) and to provide a site for the development of the Museum of Contemporary Art (Continuum Partners.)
