Palace Lofts

Prominently located at the corner of 15th Street and Blake Street, Palace Lofts condominiums was constructed in 1997 and occupies nearly an entire half city block in historic Lower Downtown Denver. The building was constructed on the site of Denver’s Palace Variety Theatre and Gambling Hall, an infamous entertainment establishment in the 1860’s.

The building’s architecture features an aesthetic of new and old, connecting the lower floors and the upper floors through a varied-colored brick facing facade. This 10-story condominium features many setbacks that allow for generous private terraces making it more desirable for those who crave outdoor living space in an urban setting.
