Sky Lofts

Sky Lofts is located in the heart of Arapahoe Square at the intersection of 20th Street and Arapahoe Street in Lower Downtown. Built and constructed in the 1980’s for offices, the residential conversion took place in the late 1990’s shortly after Coors Field opened and is now home to 36 unique loft condominium residences.
