Grand Cherokee Lofts

The Grand Cherokee Lofts are located in Denver’s Golden Triangle Neighborhood on Cherokee Street between 10th Avenue and 11th Avenue. For this condominium conversion, the architects relied on the cast-in-place concrete, aluminum windows, and other infill masonry to create a residential development to celebrate modernism at the end of the century. This boutique condominium is home thirty-nine remarkable loft-style residences, complete with a courtyard sculpture garden, and an Art Gallery.
